Since our beginnings in 2001, we have always strived to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, from in the salon to our adventure into the online shopping world. It’s been almost 8 years since our last upgrade, and we are proud to announce that Catwalk has had a major facelift! A lot of things have changed, but for the better.

We’ve listened to your feedback, and our team has spent the last 18 months incorporating your ideas and requests to create a website that we are extremely proud of and excited to share with you. There are plenty of new and exciting features that we have incorporated into our website, here are some of the major new features that we have brought to you to make your shopping experience as awesome as possible.

What's new?

Reward Points
We’ve integrated a new reward point system as a little thank you to our registered members for your support! There are a few ways you can earn reward points. The main way is through your orders. For every $1 spent on your order, you earn 1 reward point! We will also sometimes run promotions for earning extra points so make sure you keep an eye out on your account page and subscribe to our newsletter for these deals! If you purchase from us at our warehouse, you’ll also be eligible to gain reward points! You can also gain reward points by writing reviews! Reward points can be used towards your next order, and show as a dollar amount in your account and also show at checkout. You can find more information on how our reward point system works here.

You are now able to earn reward points ans use towards your orders!

Account & Order Management

With your Catwalk Backstage Access account you can keep track of your full order history, and track your order directly from your account page! You can also fast-track your order process by ordering your favourites using our one-click reorder! With a simple click of a button, you can have the products from your last added to cart and ready to checkout. You can also save your and share all of your favourite products and have them ready for quick access through your account page. Additionally, you can now save multiple delivery addresses, and change and update them as you please, with no issues. Being a member now also allows you to keep track and earn reward points to use towards your next orders. Having a Catwalk Backstage Access account gives you access to exclusive and special deals, and lets you use our website to its full capacity.

Gifts with Purchase

We have also updated our gifts with purchase, and you can now access these directly from the checkout page (no more pesky promo codes!). You’ll be able to see all of our available goodies, and how close you are to reach each spend limit.

Search Feature

We know how important it is to be able to find your favourite products as quickly as possible. With our new predictive search feature, you’ll be able to seamlessly search and watch live predictions of the product, and similar suggestions. This makes your shopping experience that much easier, as you are able to easily navigate your way through our new site, and find your favourite goodies.

Full Optimisation

Catwalk.com.au is now fully optimized and works seamlessly on your laptop, desktop, \ tablet, phone, or whatever another tech-savvy device you may be on! You’ll be able to use our search feature, access our content, and check out just as easily as you would on a desktop. This, for us, is one of our most exciting new features, as you now have access to all your hair and beauty needs at your fingertips and in your pockets, wherever you may be!

Payment Option

We’ve partnered with Braintree to offer our customers the most advanced and seamless payment solution, backed by one of the world’s largest and most trusted brands, PayPal. Braintree provides a secure and safe checkout process. We’ve still kept our main payment methods of Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal, but we have something new and exciting... You asked, and we delivered, in 2019, AfterPay will be available at Catwalk! AfterPay allows customers to pay off their orders over four equal, interest-free fortnightly payments.
