A: SteamPod 4 is superior, offering 95% less hair damage compared to 78% with the SteamPod 3.0. It provides easier root styling by up to 30%, a new curl feature with mild temperatures up to 100ºC for enhanced curl longevity, and improved temperature control.

Q: Can I use SteamPod 4 without water?
A: For best results, ensure hair is completely dry before use. It's not advised to use the SteamPod 4 without water in the tank.

Q: What water should be used for SteamPod 4?
A: Use demineralised water in the tank, which can be easily filled using the provided pouring bottle. Remember to attach the protective plates and select the appropriate comb attachment for straightening.

Q: How do I fill the tank?
A: Remove it by pressing the two buttons at the bottom of the tank then lift it up. Once removed, lift the tab and fill the tank up to the maximum level using your bottle of demineralised water.

Q: What temperature do I use for which service?
A: Steampod 4 comes with 3 temperature levels: 180°C – 200°C – 210°C. Adjust the temperature to your hair type. The temperature of 210° can be used on the following hair types: natural/thick/strong, not coloured/ not highlighted.

Q: What kind of comb do I use?
A: Choose the comb best suited to your hair type : - Fine tooth comb: for straight to wavy; - Intermediate comb: for curly hair; - Wide-tooth comb: for very curly to kinky.
