O.P.I Siberian Nights

OPI Colour Application is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

1.Make sure your nails are clean and manicured for the best finish, Trim, file and Buff and push back cuticles using a cuticle stick. Apply a thin base coat, we recommend OPI Base Coat.

2. Once the base coat dries, Apply two thin coats of your colour of choice. For a real professional finish, stroke the lacquer straight down the centre of the nail. Wait 5 - 10 minutes to dry. 3. Apply one more coat of your colour. Clean up any little mishaps and finish with a Top Coat , we recommend OPI Top Coat.
