All Catwalk orders are packed using recycled, biodegradable & recyclable materials and we try to limit our footprint as best as we can. Please recycle your box and packaging responsibly, or even better, find alternative uses for them (P.s Cats love boxes)

Your Account Page

You probably noticed that there is no invoice or packing slip in your order. You can find all this information within your My Account Page and we’ve also emailed you a copy of your invoice.

Please check the contents and your invoice to make sure it all matches up and let us know as soon as possible if something has gone wrong. You can let us know here.

Review & Earn

You can review your order from your order history page and clicking on the product you want to leave a review for. Your reviews help other customers make better choices and have a better experience at shopping with us.
