Charges for international deliveries vary depending on destination and weight of order. This is automatically estimated upon checkout.

Some countries have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance is the recipient's’ responsibility. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs authority for enquiries.

By law, we have to declare the status and the value of each parcel accurately. It is a criminal offence for us to make a false Customs declaration, and we are unable to misrepresent your goods for the reduction of import duties/tax fees.

Unfortunately due to delivery costs, free delivery deals and promotion codes to not apply to international orders unless clearly stated otherwise. Deals such as Free Delivery, Free Shipping, Freight Free only apply to deliveries made to an Australian address.

New Zealand: All parcels sent via Express Courier and the estimated delivery timeline is 3-5 working days from date of dispatch. Receive Free Shipping to NZ when you spend $150 or more and up to 2kg.

All other listed countries: All orders under 2kg will be sent via Express Courier (tracking provided with 3-5 day delivery). Orders over 2kg will be sent via Registered post (tracking provided with 5-10 day delivery).

Due to strict Airmail regulations, aerosols and flammable items cannot be shipped by air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas.

There are a few brands which cannot be shipped internationally, these include, but are not limited to; Moroccanoil, Evo, Cloud Nine, and Olaplex.

Although the online store may show the value of the product in your local currency, the exchange rate at the time of purchase shall apply such that payment is received by Catwalk in Australian Dollars.
