- Key to long lasting waves is PREP. Use a heat protectant and something to give your hair some extra hold! Make sure hair is 100% dry
- Wave:
- Set your heat to your preferred temperature (Mermade recommends 210ºC) Section your hair, for more defined waves take smaller sections and for larger sections for looser waves.
- Comb the section and clamp the hair - hold for 3-10 seconds and release. Follow the same method through to the ends and repeat!
- Set:
- Make sure hair has cooled down. Use fingertips, brush or wide tooth comb to softly brush your waves out to get the look you're after!
- Follow with flexible spray or lacquer for extra hold
