We deliver Australia wide using a combination of Australia Post and courier services. All parcels can be tracked. The method of delivery chosen is the fastest, safest route possible for your post code. All orders dispatched via Australia Post will generally require signature on delivery to ensure your parcel reaches you safe and sound. If you are not available for delivery, the parcel will be taken to the closest post office for collection. Orders sent via Courier services will generally have an Authority to leave given the nature of their service. If you wish for your order to be either left in a secure location (or not) please make this request in your order comments. If we do not have explicit directions, our team will process as per the standard conditions based on the chosen carrier. Parcels delivered to your address are deemed to be completed and final. We do not take responsibility for parcels after the completion of the delivery by our carrier. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification to track your parcel.

We generally process most orders within 5 working days, with the majority of orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days from the day of order. Given the large number of orders we process daily, and the huge turnover in popular and on sale items, we kindly ask that you wait until 5 days prior to contacting our team for dispatch ETA's. If your order is not shipped within this timeline, you will receive an update via email from us notifying you of the ETA for your order being dispatch.

If are you seeking an item in our store urgently, we ask that you please contact our support team to confirm immediate dispatch availability prior to placing an order with us. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.50 and free shipping for all orders over $49!

Your order may be subject to numerous shipment, and if your order is split for any reason, you team will email you and keep you updated with regards to your shipments from us

Processing Time: This is the time it takes for us to prepare and package your order for dispatch. While most orders are processed within 1-3 working days, we kindly ask you to allow up to 5 working days during high-volume periods before reaching out for updates.

Shipping Time: Once your order is dispatched, the time it takes for delivery will vary based on your location. The estimated shipping times can be found in the table above.

It’s important to consider both of these timeframes when estimating the total time it will take for your order to reach you. If you need urgent delivery, please contact our support team to confirm availability prior to placing your order.

Sale Periods: During advertised sale periods, we anticipate a huge surge in orders and delivery timelines will be impacted. We ask for you to please consider and anticipate delays prior to the dispatch of your order when shopping with us during this time. Although the majority of orders will leave within our timeline indicated below, we are asking that you please allow up to 5 additional business days in processing timeline during sales period. Sale period 1st November to 15th December

Holiday Periods: During holiday periods, your delivery timelines will be impacted due to reduced working capacity and operating hours as well as reduced stock intake. We ask for you to please consider and anticipate delays prior to the dispatch of your order when shopping with us during this time. Although the majority of orders will leave within our timeline indicated below, we are asking that you please allow up to 5 additional business days in processing timeline during holiday periods. Holiday periods are calculated as 7 days prior to Xmas Day and 7 days after New Years day. Easter Holiday periods is 3 days prior to Good Friday and 3 days after Easter Monday.
