Cancel Or Modify Your Order
If you need to cancel or modify your order we strongly recommend that you contact our customer service team as soon as possible on 02 9879 7775. Although modifications or cancellations can be done seamlessly if your order has yet to be dispatched, we are unable to guarantee that these changes will be made. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to modify your order.
Any modifications of your shipping address should be relayed to us immediately. If your parcel has already been dispatched, we will attempt to contact the contractors and modify your address, however this cannot be guaranteed and delivery diversion may not be available. Catwalk cannot be held responsible should your order be sent to the provided shipping address.
Should the parcel be sent back to us, we can re-send your parcel, however, extra shipping charges will apply.
Cancellation of orders and none acceptance once the order has been dispatched can still happen however we reserve the right to deduct shipping cost plus 10% handling charges prior to processing a refund.
All change of mind cancellation requests for parcels not yet dispatched will incur a 10% cancellation processing fee.
